Living, working and relaxing are becoming increasingly intertwined. Where we used to live in one place, work in another and relax in yet another, the times and places of these activities have become increasingly diffuse.
We recreate more often and for shorter periods, abroad but also closer to home. This requires a different residential economy, a different approach to projects. And so, in our view living comes first, housing comes last. It’s all about creating a place where people can live, work and relax. A place where not only the residents but also the people living nearby want to stroll, walk their dogs, sit on a bench, and feel at home in the area. The residential area must become part of the public space of the town or village. We first design the environment, then we situate the homes.
